An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Sales Progression Manager to join this highly successful, independent estate agency in Bournemouth. The Bournemouth team are experts in the local property market. They live and breathe the Bournemouth property scene, and most are residents themselves, giving them a real-world local perspective and knowledge of the area and its properties.
To be considered for this sales progression manager role, you will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience at a senior level, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and good knowledge of current legislation. They are looking for an individual with first class customer service skills, who is well organised, and has the ability to lead and mentor a team. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
Responsibilities will include:
*Progress a pipeline of 30 - 55 sales to a successful completion
*Assist with chain checks and negotiations
*Deal with Anti-money laundering and financial checks to comply with industry regulations
*Assist with ordering for sale / sale agreed and sold boards
*Organise surveys and any necessary inspections and re-views
*Assist with managerial tasks when needed
*Assist with offer letters, memorandums of sale and invoices when needed
*Register applicants and match to properties when needed
*Generate and arrange viewings and valuations when needed
*Feedback to sellers when needed
*Assist with staff training and management when needed
*Conduct viewings and valuations when needed.
Personal specification:
*A minimum 3 years’ experience within sales progression, or at a senior level in residential sales
*Good working knowledge of current legislation
*Experience within a team leader/supervisor role would be seen as an advantage
*Ability to lead a and motivate a team
*Full UK driving licence and own car.
The salary for this sales progression manager role will include a basic in the region of £30,000 to £35,000, plus on target earnings of £45,000 to £50,000. A parking permit will be provided.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm.
