Job Description:
Employment Lawyer (4-7 years’) – Aberdeen
A leading Employment team is looking to appoint an Employment Lawyer (4-7 PQE) in Aberdeen. This is a standout opportunity to join a well-resourced, nationally recognised practice with a strong international platform and an impressive client base.
The Role
This position offers a broad mix of contentious and advisory work, including:
*Complex employment tribunal litigation
*Senior-level grievances (including discrimination and whistleblowing)
*Restructuring and redundancy programmes
*Strategic, day-to-day employment advice
*Cross-border matters and international projects
*Support on corporate transactions (including M&A and outsourcing)
You will work closely with colleagues across the UK, particularly in Edinburgh and Glasgow and support a growing team.
About You
*4-7 years’ PQE in employment law within a commercial environment
*Strong technical ability and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
*Experience handling complex and sensitive matters
*Commercial awareness and confidence working with senior stakeholders
