General Builder / Multi Trader (Self-Employed – CIS)
£200 per day + fuel covered | Full-time ongoing and daily work | Surrey

This is a self-employed (CIS) role, but with consistent, full-time work provided daily. You’ll be working on jobs scheduled and managed by the company — not sourcing your own work.


Our client is looking for 2 experienced General Builders / Multi Traders to join their growing team covering Surrey and South London. This is ideal for someone who wants the flexibility of self-employment with the security of ongoing, organised work.
You’ll be working across occupied residential properties, so a professional approach and tidy workmanship are essential.


What You will Be Doing
*General building and plumbing work across multiple sites
*Working independently to complete jobs to a high standard
*Representing the company in customers’ homes
*Keeping work areas clean and organised
*Travelling between jobs across Surrey (fuel covered)


What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
*Minimum 5 years plumbing AND 5 years general building experience
*CIS registered (UTR number)
*Full UK driving licence + own van (required for the role)
*Must live in Surrey
*Able to start immediately


What You Get
*£200 per day (CIS)
*Fuel costs covered (diesel/petrol)
*Full diary of work provided daily
*Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
