At Adaptable Recruitment we are delighted to be working with a well-established Liverpool business who are looking to recruit a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to support their busy, high-performing team. Location: Liverpool (Full-Time, Office-Based)
Immediate Start
Salary: £28,000
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Main Responsibilities to Include:
*Managing a mix of inbound and outbound customer interactions
*Dealing with queries professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
*Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system
*Following up on enquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
*Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Ideal Candidate:*Previous experience in a customer service or call-driven environment
*Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
*Comfortable working with CRM systems and internal databases
