Job Description:
Electrical Improver Required - Retrofit Project
Location: Oxford, OX4 4UY
Hours: 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday
We are currently looking for an Electrical Improver to support a retrofit electrical project based in Oxford.
The RoleWorking alongside qualified electricians, you will assist with electrical installation works within an existing and partially occupied building. Duties will include:
*Installation of PVC conduit and containment systems
*Pulling, dressing, and securing cables
*Assisting with installation of Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
*Assisting with installation and wiring of sensors and control devices
*Working safely in occupied areas with minimal disruption to residents
*Maintaining clean and safe work areas
*Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
*Previous experience as an Electrical Improver
*ECS card preferred
*Working towards NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
*Good understanding of basic electrical installation practices
*Experience with conduit, containment, and cabling
*Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
