Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Doorman to join our residential development team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
*Monitor access to the building and ensure security protocols are followed
*Manage deliveries and assist with parcel handling
*Provide general assistance to residents, including directions and basic enquiries
*Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to deter unauthorised access
*Liaise with building management and report any issues or incidents promptly
*Ensure communal areas near the entrance remain tidy and presentable
*Assist with delivering parcels to resident doors
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. concierge, security, customer service) preferred
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Professional appearance and demeanour
*Ability to remain calm and attentive in a busy environment
*Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
*Right to work in the UK
