Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly respected, independent estate agency in Trowbridge, who are looking to bring a passionate and driven Senior Sales Negotiator into their expanding team.
DAY TO DAY:
* Manage the full property sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
* Conduct property viewings, offering buyers clear information, guidance, and market insights
* Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, buyers, and internal teams
* Carry out market appraisals, secure new instructions, and identify opportunities to win new business
* Stay informed on the local property market and wider area developments
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
* Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role within the property industry
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, motivated approach with the ability to work independently and within a team
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
IN RETURN:
*OTE £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience
* Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, with alternative Saturdays
