Job Title: Product Specialist (Construction Parts)

Location: Biggleswade

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience + Profit Share + Benefits

Hybrid Working after probation



Do you have experience with construction equipment parts, plant machinery or compact earth-moving equipment?


We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join a market-leading business, providing technical product support and advice across a specialist construction parts range.




The Role

*Respond to technical customer enquiries
*Prepare quotations and recommend suitable parts
*Support customers with online ordering/webshop use
*Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
*Analyse sales data and product performance
*Work with internal teams to improve product offering


About You


You’ll ideally have experience in:

*Construction equipment parts
*Plant machinery or agricultural machinery
*Equipment servicing, maintenance or repair
*Technical parts sales or product support


Skills needed:

*Strong technical knowledge of serviceable parts
*Good understanding of compact construction equipment
*Commercial awareness and pricing knowledge
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Good IT skills
