Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Electrician to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis in Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities of the Electrician:
*Carry out a range of electrical repairs across properties, including rewires, kitchen and bathroom upgrades and installation of emergency lighting and alarm systems.
*Undertake testing, surveys and inspections as required, providing clear reports for both pre- and post-work approvals.
*Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
*Participate in a 24-hour emergency call-out rota on a fair and structured basis.
*Complete all digital work orders accurately and within required timeframes.
Essential Experience of the Electrician:
*Full UK Driving Licence
*18th Edition and 2391
*NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
*CSCS Card
