Job Description:
Site Manager (Envelope)IntroductionAcorn by Synergie are recruiting for a site manager with a specialism in external envelope (roofing/cladding) on a large commercial project in Exeter
Key Duties*Management of external works contractors
*Oversee day to day operations regarding foundations and drainage
*Ensure program is delivered safely, on time and in budget
*Correspondence with wider construction management team and engineers
*Manage people in a proactive and effective manner
Requirements*Externals background, particularly within roofing and/or cladding
*experience within large commercial projects
*SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS
*knowledgeable and driven with a commitment to work
What We Offer*Competitive Salary
*10 hours a day
*6 moth initial contract, possibly more
