Job Description:
Warehouse Operative
Location: Loughborough
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Full-time, usually 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday (flexibility of early starts and late finishes is required).
Start Date: ASAP
Role: Order picking, stock replenishment, and unloading/loading containers.
Note: This is a physically demanding role involving repetitive heavy lifting of home goods, including furniture and kitchen units.
What you’ll need:
*Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and safely perform heavy manual handling in a fast-paced environment.
*Precision: High attention to detail for stock counts and record-keeping.
*Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a small team.
*Reliability: A punctual, "can-do" attitude and a commitment to high service standards.
*Licences (Advantageous): A valid UK Driving Licence and FLT Counterbalance/Reach truck licences are a significant plus.
