Location: Blackpool, Lancashire (FY Postcodes) Salary: Paid to Scale (NJC) Contract Type: Long-Term Temporary / Full-Time Start Date: Immediate / September 2026
Are you a Sports Coach, Personal Trainer, or Athlete in Blackpool looking for a new career challenge? Do you have the natural authority to lead a team and the energy to inspire young people?
We are seeking individuals with a sports background to transition into Classroom & Pastoral Lead roles across Blackpool secondary schools. If you can command a pitch or manage a locker room, you have the exact transferable skills needed to manage a classroom and mentor students aged 11-16.
