Description
The Personal Injury Solicitor will be:
*Managing a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters, including Multi-Track cases
*Assisting partners and senior lawyers on high-value and complex serious injury claims
*Drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence, and supporting preparation for trial
*Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, case managers, and other stakeholders
*Contributing to business development initiatives and team knowledge sharing


Profile
The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 2 - 5 years’ PQE in claimant Personal Injury work
*Experienced in handling Multi-Track cases, ideally including serious injury matters
*Familiar with Major Trauma Centres, case managers and rehabilitation processes
*Knowledgeable in the Rehabilitation Code of Practice and Serious Injury Guide
*A strong communicator with excellent client care and interpersonal skills
*Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting junior team members
*Interested in engaging with business development activities
