*Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and procedures.
*Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
*Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to ensure continued adherence.
*Prepare and present reports on compliance and risk management activities to senior leadership.
*Lead training initiatives to promote a culture of risk awareness across the organisation.
*Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
