Job Description:
Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Fine Art Coordinator for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Bagshot, Surrey area.
*Coordinating high value artworks and antiques to various Worldwide destinations
*Coordinating all international art movements
*Completing all MAWB’s and HAWB’s
*Completing customs entyries
*Completing all shipping documentions
*Invoicing
*Liaising with galleries and clients
*Manage risks,
*Dealing with insurance for all shipmnents
*Ensure correct packing and handling for all shipments
*Dealing with transporters
Required Experience:-
*Minimum 2 years Freight experience
*Experience handling fragile goods
*Knowledge of Exports
*Customs experience
*Valid driving license
