The role
*Provide clear, compliant mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client
*Build strong relationships with customers
*Work closely with branch colleagues to maximise lead opportunities
*Manage your pipeline efficiently from enquiry through to completion


What we’re looking for
*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
*Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Motivated, professional and target-driven approach
*Passion for delivering excellent customer service
