Lifeways Group is on the lookout for a confident, driven Team Leader to help shape outstanding Supported Living services in Newcastle.

What you’ll be doing
*Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of fantastic Support Workers
*Working alongside the Service Manager to keep services running smoothly
*Championing person-centred care and positive outcomes
*Making sure standards, safety, and quality are never compromised
*Driving continuous improvement and setting the tone for excellence
*Taking part in a 24-hour rotational on-call rota
What we’re looking for
*Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
*Experience leading or supervising in a care or supported living environment
*A natural leader with energy, resilience, and heart
*Flexible, organised, and ready to step up when it matters
*Passionate about helping people live independent, fulfilling lives
