Are you an experienced income professional who thrives in a fast-paced housing environment? Do you enjoy using data to drive performance, manage a team, and build strong relationships to improve outcomes?
We are recruiting a Senior Income Manager to join a growing housing provider. This is a key role offering the opportunity to take ownership, influence performance, and support the development of a high-performing income function.

You’ll join a collaborative team at an exciting stage of growth, focused on improving processes, driving performance, and reducing arrears. Reporting into an open and supportive manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping future income management standards.
The role
A hands-on role combining income management and team leadership.
*Manage a patch of ~700 homes, taking ownership of arrears end-to-end
*Reduce debt and identify trends through data analysis (Excel/Power BI)
*Manage, support, and develop a team of Income Specialists and Advisors
*Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements across the team
*Work closely with Finance, Housing, and Contact Centre teams
*Contribute to process improvements and best practice
About you
*Experience in income management, arrears, or housing finance
*Experience managing or supporting a team
*Strong understanding of the arrears process
*Analytical mindset with good Excel skills (systems like Open Housing/Dynamics beneficial)
*Strong communication and stakeholder skills
*Proactive, organised, and keen to improve processes
If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, lead a team, drive change, and develop your career, we’d be keen to hear from you.
