Temporary Cover for Wider Absence for 3 months.
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one or more Directors during a period of wider absence. This is a varied and fast-paced role, working closely with senior leaders and the wider PA and Executive Assistant team.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide high-level PA support to Director level
*Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, circulate outputs and proactively chase actions
*Full diary management including meetings, travel and logistics
*Act as a key point of contact, managing information sensitively and professionally
*Collaborate effectively with the wider PA and EA team, confidently taking direction from Executive Assistants where required
Skills & Experience Required
*Proven PA experience supporting Directors or equivalent senior leaders
*Strong minute-taking experience with the ability to independently create agendas and follow up on actions
*Excellent diary and meeting management skills
*Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Confident working with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
*Discreet, professional and highly organised
*Proactive, confident and comfortable working across a senior support network

Initially full-time office-based, with the role likely to move to hybrid working

£17.00 – £17.50 per hour)
Start Date - ASAP so must be available to start work by 18th May
