Your new role
*As Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role as the central interface of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting senior stakeholders across the practice.
*Joining as part of a long-term succession plan, you will work closely with the current Office Manager during a structured handover period, ahead of their planned departure.
*Full office management
*Invoicing and accounts support (a key part of the role)
*Coordination of monthly board meetings
*Event management.
*You will also work with internal systems and liaise with colleagues supporting audit and compliance standards
*Hybrid role - working from home on a Monday & Friday
What you’ll need to succeed
*Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar senior administrative role
*Ideally within a professional services or design-led environment
*Strong invoicing and accounts experience is essential
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders
*You’ll be personable, detail-oriented and comfortable acting as the face of the business, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and professional manner
