The Recruitment Consultant / Coordinator Role
*Work in a busy, fast-paced recruitment environment supporting and driving sales activity
*Build relationships with candidates and clients across commercial roles
*Manage the full recruitment process from attraction to placement
*Interview candidates face-to-face and via video
*Write and manage job adverts, handling high volumes of applications
*Source candidates using multiple methods and build a strong talent pipeline
*Work towards and exceed sales and performance targets
*Support business development by identifying and generating new leads


About You
*Previous experience in a busy office environment is essential
*Experience in a coordination, customer service or sales-based role
*Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and earn
*Organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
*Previous recruiter or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
