C&C Search is currently recruiting an Investor Relations Operations / Executive Associate for a high-growth Venture Capital investment firm, fully remote, with exceptional flexibility, exposure to founders and investors, and the opportunity to evolve into a Chief of Staff / COO position.

Position: Investor Relations Operations / Executive Associate
Salary: Competitive day rate / pro rata salary (flexible depending on experience)
Hybrid set up: Fully remote (UK-based, with global collaboration across US time zones)

Key responsibilities for this Investor Relations Operations / Executive Associate position:
*Owning fund and investor operations, including reporting, dashboards and documentation discipline
*Acting as the operational bridge between investment team, clients and portfolio companies
*Overseeing campaign tracking, costs, revenue reporting and invoice reconciliation with full accountability
*Building and improving internal systems and workflows (including tools such as Notion and CRM platforms)
*Coordinating team activity, meetings and follow-ups to ensure alignment across stakeholders
*Managing investor pipelines, CRM systems and supporting LP / investor reporting cycles
*Supporting campaign and business performance tracking through strong Excel and financial oversight
*Organising events (2–3 annually) and coordinating key business activities
*Providing high-level executive support including prioritisation, tracking strategic initiatives and preparing materials
*Overseeing website updates, DealHub management and ensuring operational accuracy across systems
What background and experience are the company looking for?
*Proven experience in an Investor Relations Operations / Executive Associate or Investment Operations role
*Strong exposure to venture capital, private equity, investment, start-up or high-growth environments
*Demonstrated experience owning processes, building workflows and improving operational structure
*Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with financial data, reporting, dashboards and reconciliation
*Experience managing CRM systems, investor pipelines or deal flow (e.g. HubSpot, Airtable, Notion or similar)
*Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across investors, founders and internal teams
*Experience supporting fundraising processes, investor relations or reporting cycles is highly desirable
*Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
*Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
*Clear, structured communicator with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
*Experience in media, campaigns, account management or data-led environments is advantageous
*Interest or experience in AI tools, automation or workflow optimisation is a bonus
