We are currently working in partnership with a housing association based in Surrey, who are looking to appoint an ASB Officer on a 6-month temporary contract.
This will be a full-time position, offering a negotiable hourly rate.
The ideal candidate will have experience attending court and have a Basic DBS.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Managing a complex caseload of ASB complaints
*Pursuing legal action such as injunctions and possessions
*Preparing court documents and representing the organisation in court
*Attending MARAC meetings and working alongside the police
*Taking witness statements
*Mediating in ASB cases to help prevent escalation
*Advising the housing team on low-level management
Experience required:
*Experience representing an organisation in court
*Experience dealing with high level ASB cases
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Working hours:
*37.5 a week
*Monday – Friday
*9am-5pm
