Store Manager – Retail, Farnborough £32,000 - £34,000 + Package

The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of your store. You’ll have the autonomy to run your business your way—driving sales, leading your team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team
*Driving sales performance and delivering on key KPIs
*Creating an engaging, well-presented, and commercially strong store environment
*Managing stock, costs, and operational efficiency
*Ensuring high standards of customer service, compliance, and health & safety
*Analysing performance and implementing improvements to maximise profitability
About You
*Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
*A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
*Commercially aware with a strong understanding of driving sales and controlling costs
*Passionate about developing teams and delivering great customer experiences
*Resilient, proactive, and results-driven
