Description
*Conduct audits across IT and change management functions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
*Evaluate risks and controls within the organisation’s technology processes, providing actionable recommendations.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop practical solutions.
*Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management, outlining findings and suggestions.
*Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their effectiveness.
*Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt audit approaches accordingly.
*Support the development of the annual audit plan for the technology and change department.
*Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members where necessary.
Profile
A successful Senior Auditor - IT & Change should have:
*Proven experience in IT auditing or technology-focused internal auditing within the financial services industry.
*A strong understanding of risk management and control frameworks.
*Relevant professional qualifications, such as CISA or equivalent.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in report writing.
*Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to the financial services sector.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
