National Account Manager

I am recruiting for a high-impact NAM role with a fast-growing, innovation-led FMCG business. You’ll own key grocery accounts, leading strategy, JBPs, and commercial delivery to drive profitable growth across a well-established household brand portfolio.
This is a visible, high-autonomy position with real influence - shaping customer strategy, unlocking category opportunities, and delivering best-in-class execution across in-store and online channels.
What you’ll be doing:
*Owning top-tier retail relationships and customer strategy
*Leading JBPs, negotiations, and commercial planning
*Managing full P&L and driving revenue growth management
*Influencing category development and shopper strategy
*Delivering standout launches and omnichannel activation
What we’re looking for:
*Proven NAM/Senior NAM experience with major UK grocers
*Strong commercial acumen and negotiation track record
*FMCG background (household/personal care a plus)
*High ownership mindset with pace and resilience
