Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organisedOffice Administrator & Receptionist to join our busy Scaffolding and Condtruction company in Northampton. This is a key role within the business, providing essential administrative and front-of-house support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Location: Northampton (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
*Answering and handling incoming phone calls and emails professionally
*Managing all office documentation and filing systems
*Supporting managers and office staff with general administrative tasks
*Maintaining stock control of office supplies
*Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries
Requirements:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ideally you will have experience working within the Construction sector
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Smart, presentable and professional
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
*Proficient in general office administration
