*Paid Social experience (agency or in-house), ideally in e-commerce
*Confident in Meta Ads Manager — this is your playground
*Data-driven, detail-obsessed, and results-focused
*Comfortable working directly with clients and owning outcomes
Bonus Points For
*TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest or LinkedIn ads experience
*Programmatic knowledge (extra edge, not essential)
