Registered Care Manager (Domiciliary Care) – Tameside & Manchester
Up to £65,000 + performance bonus + £5,000 joining bonus
Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take full ownership of a large, established domiciliary care service?
We’re recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to lead a high-volume Dormiciliary homecare operation for our client Denton hub covering Tameside and Manchester. This is not a turnaround role. you’ll be stepping into a well-established service with a strong team, solid infrastructure, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across a busy domiciliary care service
- Manage commissioned contracts and deliver against KPIs
- Maintain and drive CQC compliance and quality standards
- Develop and lead a multi-layered care team
- Take full ownership of budgets and service performance
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, and stakeholders


About you:
- Proven and current experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong track record managing services at scale
- Confident working with local authority/commissioned contracts
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Commercially aware with experience owning performance and budgets
- Full UK driving licence
