Senior Quantity Surveyor - Warrington
Salary: £65,000 + Benefits
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of projects across Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, and Refurbishment works, ensuring successful commercial delivery from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:*Lead the commercial management of projects across FM, M&E, and refurbishment sectors
*Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
*Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations
*Administer and manage NEC and JCT contracts with confidence
*Ensure projects are delivered to budget, programme, and quality standards
*Provide commercial leadership and mentorship to junior team members
*Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You:*Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in a senior role
*Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contract forms
*Previous experience within Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, or Refurbishment projects
*Excellent negotiation, financial, and analytical skills
*Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
*Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent), RICS accreditation desirable
