The Role - Year 4 Teacher
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will take responsibility for delivering creative and effective lessons to a class of 28 pupils. You will foster an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment, ensuring all children feel supported and motivated to succeed. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching, committed to pupil progress, and confident in managing classroom behaviour while maintaining high expectations. QTS and proven KS2 teaching experience are essential.
