Package: £28,000 to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £47,000)

Executive search firm specialising in Quant Trading and Quant Research hires for hedge funds and proprietary trading firms. Team of 20 with £6m revenue, delivering retained mandates with fees regularly exceeding £40k.
