Service Administrator / Customer Service Salary £28,000 Depending on age and experience. Kidlington
My Client is a well-established Building Services Company located in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. The company specialises in the Design, Installation, and Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services in the Construction Industry.
The company has also held the Royal Warrant, for services to the Royal Household for many years.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Service Team. Working with Colleges, Universities, and Private Estates, raising call-outs for emergency heating problems, and planning regular service visits.
Service Administrator/Customer Service - reporting to the lead Maintenance Co-ordinator in the following duties:
*Day to Day Administration of the Department to include:
* Taking calls and processing emergency call-outs.
* Processing worksheets & reports from engineers.
* Processing invoices & timesheets to ensure they are complete & accurate.
* Updating records.
* Liaising via telephone & email with customers, sub-contractors & company personnel.
* Requesting information & costs from suppliers.
* Compiling quotes for customers.
* Dealing with engineer requests including organising training, vehicles etc.
* Assisting in other duties as they arise and providing cover for other members of staff within department.
Additional information:
* Holiday entitlement 20 days (plus Bank Holidays) – increasing with service to 25 days
* Working Hours 8am - 5pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
* Parking on site also Close to local bus routes
*Preferred Skills & Experience
*Chosen Candidate must have good standard of education, excellent English and Maths_
* Excellent customer service & communication skills
* Good keyboard & IT skills including Word and Excel
* Strong administration skills
* Ability to prioritise
* Good organisation of self and others
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Previous Service & Maintenance Department experience (or similar)
* Could suit someone in Property Management
* Outgoing personality
