Job Description:
We are delighted to be supporting a high profile retail organisation based in Bury St Edmunds in their search for a number of Finance Business Partners to support all aspects of the operational and commercial divisions. The Corporate and Strategic Finance team partners with the CEO, CFO, and their respective teams. The team consists of high-performing finance professionals who balance a real drive to be the best with a genuinely fantastic culture. My client offers a hybrid working arrange that will mean being in the Head Office in Bury St Edmunds, 2 days a week. For the right candidate these roles will offer a significant career path with a proven track record of developing talent.

To drive day-to-day financial performance, control and decision-making across property, operations, commercial, procurement and external reporting, acting as the primary finance partner for these areas.

The roles play a key role in challenging and influencing, costs, commercial contracts, individual site performance, capital allocation and investment decisions through high-quality analysis, insight and momentum, within agreed governance and approval frameworks.

*Act as the lead finance partner for Property, operations, procurement and commercial.
*The Finance Business Partner Work closely with the Senior Finance Manager of each division to drive capital prioritisation, allocation and delivery.
*Interfaces with their divisional non finance colleagues, Group FP&A and divisional finance teams to align plans, forecasts and reporting.
*Engages confidently with non-finance stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive performance
*Translate complex financial information into clear messages that enable decisions and actions
*Earlier identification and mitigation of financial risks.
*Finance seen as a driver of outcomes through proactive challenge, insight and action, not just a reporting function
*Indirect influence on Group performance through effective cost control, capital discipline and investment insight, supporting ROI and Adjusted EBIT.

To apply for these roles you will need to be a Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
*Proven experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance roles
*Strong analytical capability, with the confidence to challenge and influence.
*Comfortable driving outcomes in a complex, fast-moving environment.
*Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and maintain momentum.
