Our client is seeking a dependable and experienced Handy Person / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join their team on a full-time PAYE basis.
This practical role involves carrying out property maintenance across residential and commercial sites in London and High Wycombe. You will work within a professional property management and maintenance team, delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
*Painting and decorating
*General property maintenance
*Basic gardening tasks
*Plumbing repairs and upkeep
*Carpentry work
*Roof repairs and inspections
*Ensuring all work sites are left clean and tidy
*Assisting with removals when necessary
*Using company tools and equipment responsibly
*Reporting issues promptly and following management instructions
Essential Requirements
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role
*Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
*Strong time management skills and reliability
*Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
*Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail
