Job Description:
Administration Assistant
*Job Type: Temporary, Part-time up to 25 hours per week.
*Location: Newtown or Welshpool
*Duration: 4-6 weeks
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team for a temporary period during a busy phase. This role is ideal for someone who is organised and can handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. No prior experience in the architectural sector is necessary.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Covering the reception desk, greeting visitors, and managing incoming calls.
*Handling filing and organisation of documents to ensure smooth operations.
*Managing diaries for staff, scheduling meetings, and coordinating room bookings.
*Transcribing documents accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*High attention to detail.
