Lettings Branch Manager
Location: Canterbury
Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 basic
OTE: £40,000 – £45,000 (uncapped commission)
Reed is delighted to be supporting a highly respected property business in Kent with the recruitment of an experienced Lettings Branch Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lettings professional ready to take full ownership of a branch and drive it forward as if it were their own.

*Basic salary of £28,000 – £29,000
*Realistic OTE of £40,000 – £45,000 (uncapped)

The Opportunity
You’ll take full responsibility for running a successful lettings branch, managing performance, profitability and business growth. This role offers genuine autonomy and the chance to make a real impact.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading, motivating and coaching a branch team to achieve individual and collective targets
*Listing properties and providing expert advice to landlords
*Ensuring an outstanding experience for tenants throughout the lettings journey
*Driving new business and identifying growth opportunities
*Keeping up to date with local market trends and positioning yourself as the go-to local property expert
About You
*Proven experience in residential lettings
*A strong track record of building and maintaining relationships
*Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working under pressure
*Passionate about people, leadership and first-class customer service
*Committed to achieving both personal and team success
*Full UK driving licence essential
