Customer Service Advisor
£25,000 per annum | Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We’re working with an established business in Redhill, that is expanding its team and looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, friendly environment where you can develop your skills and grow within the role.
The Role
*Manage customer enquiries across phone, email, and live chat
*Provide clear, professional support and resolve issues promptly
*Keep customer records accurate and up to date
*Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience
About You
*Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
*Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
*Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced setting
*Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
