Property Clearance Operative

£13.25 PAYE per hour OR £17.20 Umbrella per hour
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Property Clearance Operative to clear out and clean void properties. No driving license is required.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Property Clearance Operative:
*Working in a team of 5 to clear out and clean void properties ready for new tenants
*Removing unwanted items such as furniture and household waste
*Carrying out loft and garden clearances
*Completing cleaning work before new tenants move in
