We’ve partnered with an asset management firm seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex change across the business. The role focuses on large-scale transformation, including operating model design and implementation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, bring structure to evolving programmes and keep delivery on track.
Key responsibilities:
*Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic change initiatives
*Partner with business stakeholders to shape and implement change
*Support operating model development and rollout
*Maintain strong governance, risk management, and regulatory oversight
*Provide clarity and direction across complex programmes
Experience and skillset:
*Proven Project Management experience within asset management
*Track record of delivering business-led change initiatives
*Experience with operating model design or implementation
*Strong understanding of governance and regulatory environments
*Confident stakeholder management, including senior leadership
