Our client Rochdale Borough Council is looking for a Children’s Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assess the needs of children with disabilities and their families
*Develop and review care and support plans
*Work with schools, health professionals, and other agencies
*Safeguard children from harm and promote their welfare
*Provide advice, guidance, and emotional support to families
*Manage a caseload and keep accurate records
*Attend meetings, reviews, and court proceedings when required
