Sacco Mann is working with an established, nationally recognised legal team who are seeking an experienced Catastrophic Injury solicitor to join its specialist Catastrophic and Complex Injury Division.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly respected team handling some of the most serious and high-value claims in the UK. You will grow your own caseload while contributing to major, multi-million-pound matters alongside senior colleagues. The nature of these cases may include traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and fatal accident claims.
The Role
Managing a caseload of high-value, complex claims with a proactive and strategic approach.
Developing and executing clear case strategies that balance legal and commercial priorities.
Collaborating with senior lawyers on large-scale litigation.
Maintaining high standards of client service, compliance, and technical accuracy.
Meeting financial and performance targets, including billing and reporting requirements.
Building strong client relationships and contributing to ongoing business development initiatives.
About You
A driven and commercially minded Solicitor with strong technical expertise.
Proven experience handling large loss or catastrophic injury claims (RTA, EL, or PL).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support and mentor colleagues.
Confidence in managing client relationships and complex legal matters independently.
A commitment to maintaining high compliance and professional standards.
