The Business:
Nigel Wright are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast-growing, design-led consumer brand group, looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of customer engagement across multiple digital brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, ambitious business where you’ll play a key role in driving growth, loyalty and customer lifetime value.

This role is on-site.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities*Develop and implement the full CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle
*Manage automated and manual email campaigns across multiple brands
*Create targeted segmentation and personalisation using data-driven insights
*Lead creative briefing for templates, assets and copy
*Collaborate with marketing, design and external partners to deliver cross-channel campaigns
*Own day-to-day management of the Klaviyo platform
*Monitor KPIs, report on performance and optimise ROI
*Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy
*Support and upskill wider marketing team members where needed

The Person:
5+ years’ experience in email marketing/ECRM
Strong Klaviyo knowledge
Confidence with tracking
Excellent copywriting and design sensibility
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
