Parts Sales Advisor – Trade Team (German Speaking)
£28,571.40 – £35,802 per annum (DOE)
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:30pm
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced German-speaking Parts Sales Advisor to join a fast-growing specialist automotive trade team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in automotive parts sales who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building customer relationships, and driving commercial results through proactive sales activity.
The role is heavily telesales focused, so confidence in outbound calling, account development, and new business generation is essential.
Key Responsibilities*Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
*Ordering, reserving, and invoicing automotive parts
*Preparing quotations and estimates for customers
*Processing payments and supporting after-sales queries
*Developing and managing existing customer accounts
*Actively prospecting and generating new business
*Making outbound sales calls and cold acquisition
*Building long-term relationships with trade and workshop customers
*Liaising with service teams, workshops, and internal departments
*Supporting stock control and parts inventory checks
*Promoting offers, campaigns, and product availability
*Attending trade shows and customer events when required
Candidate RequirementsEssential:*Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
*Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor
*Strong automotive parts knowledge
*Proven sales or telesales experience
*Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
*Strong organisational and multitasking ability
*Customer-focused with a relationship-building mindset
*Full clean UK driving licence
Desirable:*Experience within Porsche or performance/specialist automotive sectors
*Trade sales or B2B automotive parts experience
*Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
*Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to sales
