Job Description:
One of the best in the business, this asset finance company is strengthening its team by hiring an Asset Finance Sales Executive to drive business and account growth.

Plenty of ambition is needed for this role, and you must be commercially aware and understand the finance market, whether you work for a lender, broker, leasing company, or finance provider.
What’s in it for you?
*Work hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
*Salary: £26,000 + depending on experience
*Uncapped commission, which means excellent earning potential

Asset Finance Sales Executive Responsibilities:
*Proactively generate new business opportunities through direct prospecting and referrals
*Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, vendors, and brokers
*Identify and qualify growth opportunities with existing customers to generate quality leads
*Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, successfully updating the CRM with all activity and customer records
*Ensure all activity is completed in line with FCA regulations
*Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
Asset Finance Sales Executive Skills and Experience:
*Previous experience gained within asset finance, leasing, commercial finance, or broker sales
*Proven track record of generating leads, winning new business, and achieving sales targets
*Exceptional communicator, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
*Commercially astute and takes a proactive approach to sales
*Self-motivated, driven, and resilient
*A genuine ambition to build a long-term, successful career within asset finance
