My Dunfermline based client are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to join a growing team to assist with key business processes.


The relevant candiate will be responsible for:
*Carrying out financial transactions including invoicing and accounts receivable
*Managing client invoices and resolving debt issues
*Setting up client accounts online
*Managing client VAT returns
*Delivering a high level of engagement with clients
*Working with regulators to manage client accounts
*Managing client documentation


Relevant experience for this role should include:
*Experience of working in a practice environment - Ideally 3 years
*Experience of financial software
*Strong client facing experience
*Knowledge of VAT regulations
*Experience of on-boarding and managing client accounts
