What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Commercial Property Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including lettings, renewals and rent reviews
*Handling rent collection, arrears management and tenant liaison
*Overseeing service charges, insurance, rating and maintenance matters
*Conducting regular property inspections and reporting on performance, voids and arrears
*Supporting acquisitions, disposals and strategic asset repositioning projects
*Coordinating with planners, surveyors, project managers and contractors on refurbishment and development schemes
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Qualified property professional (MRICS or equivalent desirable)
*Proven experience in commercial property or asset management
*Strong understanding of lease structures, rent reviews and lease renewals
*Experience managing service charges, budgets and financial reporting
*Ability to handle tenant relationships and stakeholder communication effectively
*Knowledge of acquisitions, disposals and development processes
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assets simultaneously
*Proactive approach to problem solving and property performance optimisation
