Job Description:
Factory Worker / Machine Operator
Location: Hinckley
Pay Rate: £ per hour to start with
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch | 8-hour shift) - to start with but after training (2 weeks) it will be weekly rotation 06:00 - 14:30 and 13:30 - 22:00
Shift Pattern : Monday to Friday
We’re currently recruiting for a Factory Worker / Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on a long-term ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating machinery (full training provided)
*Gluing, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
*Quality checking to ensure high standards are met
*Manual handling duties, including occasional heavier items
Requirements*Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
*Good attention to detail and ability to work consistently
*Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred, unless you live locally (due to site location/shift times)
*Comfortable working in a factory environment
