What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator:
*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
*Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback
*Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
*Managing lets from offer stage through to move-in
*Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Supporting the growth of local market share and business generation
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in lettings or residential estate agency essential
*Strong knowledge of the lettings process and current legislation
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Strong negotiation and sales ability
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Smart, reliable, punctual, and well-presented approach
