JOB TITLE: Senior Property Sales Administrator

ROLE OVERVIEW
As part of our Resales Team, you will take full ownership of the residential resale, purchase and remortgage process across a busy, high-volume portfolio. This is a pivotal role where you will be trusted to manage transactions from instruction through to completion with accuracy, pace and minimal supervision.
You will act as the key point of accountability for your caseload, ensuring solicitors, residents and internal teams receive clear, timely and commercially sound support throughout the process. You will also play a senior role within the team, supporting colleagues, driving consistency and helping maintain high service standards.
This role suits someone who is confident operating independently, thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless customer and client experience.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be expected to run your caseload end-to-end with full ownership and accountability, making confident decisions without constant escalation.
You will balance speed, accuracy and service quality while managing competing priorities across multiple transactions.
As a senior team member, you will also support escalation management, help guide junior colleagues and contribute to improving workflow efficiency and consistency across the team.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You’ll be successful in this role if:
*Your caseload is managed proactively, accurately and within SLA
*Transactions progress smoothly with minimal escalation or delay
*Solicitors and residents see you as a reliable, knowledgeable point of contact
*Post-completion processes are completed accurately and on time
*You help maintain calm, control and structure in a fast-paced team environment
*You contribute to improving team efficiency and consistency
HOW YOU’LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
Most weeks, you’ll be:
*Owning a high-volume caseload of resale and conveyancing files end-to-end
*Managing solicitor and resident enquiries with speed and accuracy
*Coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries and progress cases
*Processing legal documentation and ensuring accurate system updates
*Issuing post-completion documents for Land Registry registration
*Handling inbound calls and email queries professionally and efficiently
*Supporting escalations and helping prioritise urgent cases
*Assisting with mentoring, onboarding and team support activities
You’ll be trusted to manage your time effectively, working with autonomy in a structured and supportive team environment.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
*Experience in residential property management, conveyancing or resale administration
*Strong understanding of leasehold processes and property transactions (desirable)
*Experience dealing directly with solicitors and legal documentation
*Previous involvement in mentoring, training or supporting colleagues
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and case management systems
